Members with the DMAIC for Engineering certificate have basic experience in managing projects carried out with the DMAIC method and in the application of qualitative Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools with an engineering focus.

O que é necessário para conquistar este badge

- Training: online DMAIC training for engineers;
- Certification project: realization of a DMAIC project with application of the techniques and tools learned in the training, according to the needs of the problem;
- Test: project with "Completed" status in EASY, with validated profits (with at least 3 consecutive months of improvement in KPIs compared to history) and minimum documentation (one page report) saved in the GPS folder.
