USA DMAIC ENGINEERING

Members with the DMAIC for Engineering certificate have basic experience in managing projects carried out with the DMAIC method and in the application of qualitative Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools with an engineering focus.

O que é necessário para conquistar este badge

- Training: online DMAIC training for engineers;
- Certification project: realization of a DMAIC project with application of the techniques and tools learned in the training, according to the needs of the problem;
- Prueba: proyecto con estado "Concluido" en EASY, con ganancias validadas (con al menos 3 meses consecutivos de mejora de los KPI en comparación con el histórico) y documentación mínima (one page report) guardada en la carpeta GPS.
