Innovation Club: Level 1

This certificate confirms that the holder has completed the Bayer Innovation Club:
Level 1 training course. The programme aims to build a Citizen Developer Community,
introducing participants to the latest solutions in automation, digital applications & data analytics.
The course consists of three main stages: it begins with a comprehensive session that
covers both the theory and practical applications of the technology, followed by a
brainstorming session to identify potential use cases in their areas, and concludes with a
hands-on session participants apply their new knowledge to develop solutions
that immediately benefit their operations.
