Judy Zambryski completed a Yellow Belt project that developed an automated process that will be implemented to simplify and replace manual information management of flower stick demand and production across departments for the Alva, Florida site. The old process resulted in data entry errors that cause waste from over or under production. The new process will eliminate those errors and be important to meeting customer demand, more efficiently. It will be scaled to make even greater improvements in the Sales Demand Process.
